Bariatric Surgery Excellence from the American Society for Bariatric Surgery in

sexual assault survivors ages 13 and up. This program serves as a model for
hospitals and agencies all over the world

Dress
Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

Scrub Color

o RN:
Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket

Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles
or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly
trimmed
Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body
art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed
individually
Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
