Regional Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring superior guest service by planning and execution of promotions, events, and other marketing activities. The Marketing Manager is responsible for programing multiple systems, working with multiple departments on ideas and implementation of marketing plans while providing superior guest service when interacting with internal and external customers in an efficient and friendly manner. The Regional Marketing Manager manages on-property Marketing Coordinators and Lead Cage Reps, all promotions and events, is responsible for categorizing players into tiers. Manages internal printed and digital collateral while directing advertising and social media efforts and the selection and purchase of gifts given during events. This position must be able to adhere to and follow Nevada State Gaming Control and in-house casino policies and procedures.
Requirements

- Be knowledgeable of and able to explain/promote all Casino and Marketing events
- Sign up and issue guests Player's Cards
- Add Free Play to Player's Cards as needed
- Maintains inventory and implements control of Players' Club merchandise and promotional materials
- Resolves customer complaints/issues in a professional, friendly manner
- Plans the coordination and execution of Players' Club promotions
- Assures that all rules and log sheets pertaining to events are complete and posted
- Ensures that all Casino Marketing efforts are properly coordinated with other departments
- Maintains a positive attitude and has lots of great energy
