The Role

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity, and the desire to join a growing organization. This is a full-time position.

Service Dispatchers maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the Technicians as service calls are completed and required. Schedule return trips with customers when parts have been received. Maintain the on-call schedule for after-hours Service Technicians. Clear and concise communication with Department Managers, employees, and customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead times.

Responsibilities
  • Take incoming customer calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls as needed.
  • Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.
  • Dispatch Service Technicians from home to first call, one Service Technician at a time.
  • Debrief Service Technicians after call completion.
  • Maintain dispatch board / schedule.
  • Update and communicate customer's status throughout all phases of the service call.
  • Update and maintain customer files as information is received.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Other duties as assigned.
