About the Role

Culmen International is seeking Inventory/Property Control for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.

Those assigned to Inventory/Property Control are responsible for maintaining and updating records for items on-hand like youth clothing items and personal hygiene items. They are also responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing received merchandise, and reporting discrepancies found between physical and documented numbers.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Build a comprehensive inventory management strategy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
  • Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, receiving, labeling, and distribution of inventory.
  • Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstock and out-of-stock.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and report any issues to the immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain and update records of purchase orders and inventory records.
  • Create and implement policies for the handling and distribution of inventory items.
  • Keep track of items being distributed to youth and ensure they are compliant with organizational policies.
Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • (1) One year work experience with inventory control preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to successfully clear a background check.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
