Our team is growing, NDX Heumann, located in Topeka, KS, is seeking to fill a Data Entry Clerk position. Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training! The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting with opening and inspecting cases. Distribute cases to the appropriate department. Answer phone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times when necessary. Assist in packing cases for shipment. Scan work ticket, prescription and all supporting documents.
