JOB SUMMARY

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE WILL PLAY A FUNDAMENTAL ROLE IN ACHIEVING OUR AMBITIOUS CUSTOMER ACQUISITION AND REVENUE GROWTH OBJECTIVES.
  • Healthcare Industry experience required.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the capability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate executives for further development.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with industry partners to build relationship and close deals.
  • Perform effective demos or assessments to prospects.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Healthcare Industry experience required.
  • Associates degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience.
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare/home care sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Healthcare Industry experience required.
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
  • Active driver's license/insurance and reliable transportation.


Salary Description

$65,000 - $75,000
