The Role:

This is a key leadership role, working closely with the CEO to ensure the sustainability and long-term success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with our mission and goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and non-profit accounting regulations.
- Manage and supervise financial staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Partner with operations to analyze costs and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Stay current on best practices in non-profit accounting and financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Master's degree preferred.
- CPA Certification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
