Responsibilities: • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for toddlers • Create a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers to grow and learn • Observe and assess each child's progress and development, and communicate with parents/guardians regularly • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and engaging curriculum • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones for each child Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers Competencies: • US Work Authorization Compensation: $18 hourly
