Our 96 bed Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital includes our inpatient staff of 4, board certified psychiatrists and 2 APPs. We are actively recruiting for 3rd and 4th year Residents for Weekend Rounders Moonlighting Opportunities in Battle Creek, MI. The required hours are Friday, 5PM until Monday, 7AM. Responsibilities:
  • Providing clinical services as a board-certified physician specializing in psychiatry
  • Round on patients Saturday and Sunday
  • Complete psychiatric assessment within 24 hours of admission


Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required.
  • One or more years experience as a staff physician with the population served by the facility preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Current license to practice medicine, by the state in which the facility(s) operates.
  • Current DEA credentials to prescribe controlled substances without restrictions and per regulation within the state in which the practitioner will be working.
  • Additional specific DEA credentials may be required, per state and facility regulations or policy.
