Opportunity

This position will play a key role in accelerating Kohler's journey by leading the delivery of Supply Chain & Operations Technologies that are critical for enabling business growth and gracious customer experiences.
As a critical leadership role in the Enterprise IT, Supply Chain & Operations global team, this Manager will work closely with senior business leaders, Supply Chain & Operations transformation teams, business solutions managers, and IT counterparts to create and align on regional technology strategies, roadmaps, solutions, and project plans.
This position is responsible for leading a fast-paced Regional Technology delivery Team. This includes recruiting, leading, and growing a diverse team of architects and analysts along with selecting and managing contractors and 3rd party partners. This high-performing and inspiring leader will be responsible for leading & empowering cross-functional product / delivery teams that fosters business transformation and growth in the functions of manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain planning, customer service, and production control
Our ideal candidate comes with an exceptional background in successfully leading definition and execution of complex E2E process transformations for omni-channel businesses, requiring the integration of multiple technology platforms, supporting their maintenance, and delivering subsequent enhancements post-go-live. Must be capable of directing and supervising a wide range of activities covering multiple concurrent projects and interfacing with personnel and leaders from all regions.
Specific Responsibilities
- Own delivery of Supply Chain & Operations technology capabilities for the Americas.
- Lead the creation of solution strategies and proposals and/or evaluate the credibility of solutions and cost estimates developed by partners.
- Ensures consistency in prioritization approach across teams based on strategic goals, business value and OKRs
- Identifies and evaluates emerging market trends to accelerate operational excellence opportunities for KOHLER Supply Chain & operations.
- Working with IT program management to provide resource requirements and staffing for major business systems projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide positive motivational leadership of staff along with developing the staff's technical, engagement and problem-solving skills required to meet the continuing needs of current and new technologies.
- Tracks progress against the strategy and roadmap, intervening where required to ensure delivery of the business projects and results.
- Strong awareness of privacy and data security regulations & considerations, and works with data & analytics, security, and privacy teams to ensure that all solutions are compliant.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field required.
- 10 + years of experience overall.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain.
- Experience with managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on business and technology related subject matter, including storytelling and making the complex simple.
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projects and delivering results.
- Masters / MBA desired.
The salary range for this position is $129,150 - $165,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
