Overview
CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group is searching for a Urology Physician to join our London Practice. The Candidate will join our urology service line practicing in an inpatientand outpatient environment. The ideal Candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. New medical office space is adjacent the hospital. Experienced staff and APP. Da Vincci Xi Robot (2-2025).

Responsibilities
- Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities
- Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards
- Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceed standards set by the facility
- Educate patients on both clinical and managed care
- Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate
- Function as an effective clinic team member
- Meet productivity standards
- Effectively use clinic financialand other performance information

Pay Range
$195.39 - $336.72/hour
