Position: Urologist Needed in New Haven County, Connecticut Location: New Haven County, Connecticut Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient Salary: Competitive salary with full benefits and a full productivity bonus plan Call Schedule: TBD Employment type: Full-Time Overview: Healthcare United is seeking a board-certified urologist to join our team, delivering exceptional inpatient and outpatient care in the fields of general urology and male sexual health Responsibilities: * Manage both acute and chronic illnesses related to general urology and male sexual health * Prescribe, execute, and analyze diagnostic tests * Perform necessary surgical procedures for diagnosing and treating urological conditions * Collaborate with management, fellow physicians, and staff to enhance care delivery and service * Ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements in coordination with practice management * Work alongside hospital and practice leaders to expand the practice's clinical capabilities and promote its services * Provide on-call coverage for Urology, with a call rotation of 1:3 Compensation & Benefits: * Generous Base Salary Based off Experience Level * RVU Bonus Structure * Time off: PTO, STD, LTD & CME * Allowance for CME credits, Licenses, Dues & subscriptions * Comprehensive benefits package * Paid Holidays * Great work life balance * Profit sharing and partnership * Paid moving expenses * 401k with employer match and CME allowance * J1 visa Available * H-1B Exempt.
