Emergency Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed: * ASAP - July 2025 * Shift times: 6a-4p, 10a-8p, 4p-2a, 8p-6am Clinical Information: * Census:140 ED visits/day * Daily admissions: 40% * Mix and high acuity, Typical high acuity ER * Level 2 trauma * Comprehensive stroke * Separate peds ER * OB on-site with its own OB ED * Support Staff: 40 hours of physician coverage, 41 of APP * EM physicians typically on staff per shift: 2 Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Board Certified in ABEM * Required Procedures: All ED relevant procedures * Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
