* Coverage Needed: * 8am - 8am * November 18, 20 * December 20-21, 27 * 12 or 24 shifts available * Clinical Information: * Work the OBED and take unassigned patients * Maternal Level IV * NICU Level III * Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Must have a clean file * Minimum 5 years of OB experience * Must be board certified or board eligible
