Physician / Family Practice / Outpatient Clinic Job Responsibilities and Requirements The Family Practice Physician will be responsible for planning and implementing primary care services to patients per health care plan and written protocols. The Family Practice Physician provides primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team.
