Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Locums - Jackson, Michigan, OB/GYN Job Clinical Role: * Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! * Dates of Coverage: Q1, Q2 2025 * Schedule: Variable, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week * Practice Setting: Clinic, Call, and Hospital * Reason for Coverage: short staffed * Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 * APP Coverage: 2.5 FTE in the clinic * Number of Exam Rooms: 10 * Onsite Lab & Ultrasound * Support Staff: RNs for intake, MAs, CSR (front desk support) * Documentation System/EMR: EPIC * Trauma Level 2 * Required Procedures: * Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.) * High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc. * Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: * Routine Delivery -Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section * Complicated Delivery -C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc. * VBAC's * Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations * Gynecology Required Procedures: * Office/Minor Gynecology -IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. * Surgical Gynecology - Open * Board Certified - REQUIRED * MI License - REQUIRED * BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED * Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! * What RecruitWell Provides: * A rated malpractice * Weekly direct deposit * 24/7 dedicated recruiter support * Professional onboarding and credentialing * Prepaid travel and lodging * RecruitWell's Core Values: * Open communication * Sense of urgency * Teamwork * Accountability * Driven to win * Higher consciousness
