Position Details * Focus on residential treatment of children and adolescents (ages 6-17). * Full-time role with a flexible 4-day schedule. * Patients are seen once weekly, ensuring thorough and personalized care. * Independent Contractor arrangement preferred, offering professional autonomy. * W-2 employment also available for those interested. * Robust benefits package, including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, matched 401k, etc. * Minimal weekend/call coverage (phone only), promoting work-life balance. Required Education, Licenses, and Certifications * MD/DO degree from an accredited program is required. * BE/BC in General Psychiatry is required. * B/C or B/E in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry are strongly preferred. * Licensed to practice in the State of Texas or the ability to obtain a Texas medical license. * Must meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
