Marketing Intern (Summer 2025)

High Concrete Group is seeking an ambitious and creative Content Marketing focused Marketing Intern who is interested in gaining real-world experience while pursuing a career in marketing, journalism, public relations, advertising, communications, business, website design, writing, and/or social media. This role will be an active part of an experienced, multi-disciplinary and fun team, and will be responsible for supporting the deployment and execution of various digital marketing and content strategies for the High Concrete Group and StructureCare brands.

This is a full-time Summer position, working 800AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday for Summer 2025.

This is a paid internship. Located at High Concrete in Denver, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing multiple email newsletters and email campaigns within our marketing CMS system for both brands
  • Working closely preparing our webinar quarterly series prep for both brands
  • Developing branded content for various sales collateral, which could include case studies, award nominations, website landing pages, brochures, etc
  • Researching content and client trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
  • Exploring social media tactics to help revitalize and expand our current methods to grow our digital presence or lead generational social marketing
  • Ensuring all-around brand consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Assisting in all areas of marketing to execute the company’s brand strategy
  • Supporting organic campaigns with fellow team members through different tactics depending on the target audience and goal
  • Help develop client facing presentations through research, design, and training for the webinar series
  • Development of project profiles on the website – backend design and implementation for multiple projects for the company
  • Backend website updates and changes for both brands
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate college/university. Candidates pursing a degree in Marketing, Design or relevant area of study are preferred
  • Team player attitude
  • Possess very strong attention to detail
  • Superior knowledge of social media platforms and metrics, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Able to visit in our Denver, PA and Lancaster, PA offices
  • Able to work Full-time in the Summer
