Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent cooking skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment. You will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our diverse menu offerings while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with club recipes and specifications
- Assist with prepping ingredients, organizing the station, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies
- Contribute to daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or club setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and efficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
- Passion for food and a positive, can-do attitude
