We are in search of a Learning and Development Manager. This position is responsible for managing the design of a variety of training courses and/or other professional development programs for alliantgroup employees and Leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide innovative partnership on learning, development and performance
  • Lead the creation and management of the leader development curriculum
  • Identify and manage project scope and timelines effectively, and deliver with high quality and timeliness
  • Partners with directors to identify training needs and develop short and long term corrective strategies.
  • Help engage and coach others in the company who deal with learning and training
  • Collaborate across HR sub-functions to ensure sustainability and mutual reinforcement of initiatives


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in instructional/Learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications, business or other relevant field preferred
  • At least 6+ years' experience in instructional content development
  • Experience in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Demonstrated passion for effective learning
  • Knowledge of LMS is a plus
