The Senior Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all human resources functions within the organization. Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization's growth and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top-quality talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and addressing concerns.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits packages.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
