A Senior Project Manager reports to a Program Manager. Works closely with Directors and Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers and QA to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity and client satisfaction. He/She fosters and grows project management talent and helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization and tools. He/She is interested, invested and passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work produced.

You will
- Manages day-to-day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
- Promotes the Agile values and principles.
- Analyzes the state of the Agile teams within the responsible projects to determine needs and opportunities for improvement of Agile practice.
- Support on establishing effective Agile governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards and reporting.
- Manages projects and resources in charge.
- Supports leadership for PMs to manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles.
- Drives weekly releases for vertical and/or horizontal; review and prioritization of work and resource planning.
- Coordinates with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted Stakeholders.
- Collaborates with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Ensures all projects stay in scope and on schedule.
- Partners with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention.
- Supports Agency Partnership Director and New Business Development team to engage and win prospective clients.
- Supports discipline leadership and guidance to the Delivery Department team, setting standards and working to ensure the overall success of this group within the organization.
- Adheres to and advises on the company wide operating metric targets with the Group Delivery Director.
- Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-ups of all projects, critical path and risk assessment.
- Works with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for team to follow with the end goal of top-efficiency and quality.
- Works with Group Delivery Director to align appropriate team members against suitable assignments, considering business needs and individual Career Paths.
- Contributes to professional development plan of the Project Managers, through mentoring, coaching and training as per request from the Program Manager.
- Evaluates teamwork, initiative, work ethic, values adherence.
- Motivates people, works and leads in a team environment.
- Ensures effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement.
- Recruits best industry talent and provides an environment for the development of key talent and continuous improvement.
You have
- 5+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.
- A track record for successfully managing a discipline or large programs.
- A mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development and Risk Management.
- Expert experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, road mapping, financial reporting and leadership.
- Resource management within the Solution Delivery team including balancing priorities, timelines, mix and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work on large scale digital projects.
- Proven ability to develop and implement processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for the client.
- Proven acumen negotiation skills and proven ability to interact with Senior-level employees.
- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Mastery level knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence, Teams
- Mastery in completing tasks with project management tools such as Tenrox, Smartsheet, and Halo/Abacus at a project and portfolio level.
