About the Role

The operations manager has a key leadership role focused on maximizing the efficiency and profitability of our organization's day-to-day operations. This person will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies, streamline processes, and meet quality standards across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem-solver with an eye for detail and process optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and analyze current business processes, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and prepare regular reports for the General Manager. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Quality Control: Oversee and enforce quality standards across all operational areas, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while optimizing costs.
  • Marketing Operations Strategy: develop and implement operational strategies for marketing that drive efficiency and effectiveness and support business goals.
  • Technology Management: Analyze, recommend, implement, and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline marketing campaigns and measure performance.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in team building and mentoring.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operations management software.

Compensation for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
