A Snapshot of Your Day
You will engage with a multidisciplinary team to deliver on the engineering requirements of a rotating equipment project.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Oversee the electrical engineering aspects of new rotating equipment projects, covering electric motor-driven compressor trains, gas turbine-generators, and additional components like coolers and valves, for both onshore and offshore applications.
  • Collaborate with the Project Engineer to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Uphold the highest standards of electrical engineering throughout the design and manufacturing process to guarantee excellence in all products.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems in gas turbines, compressors, and process systems, ensuring optimal performance and design integrity.
  • Lead the drafting/design team in producing accurate project documentation, including contract documents and materials lists, and assist production with clear assembly instructions and drawing modifications.
  • Efficiently manage the electrical engineering schedule and budget, ensuring timely delivery of specifications and materials lists to clients, while providing continued technical support through warranty periods.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronic systems engineering technology, or related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles. Previous internship or project experience in electrical engineering is a plus but not required.
  • Passion to learn industrial drive and motor installation and commissioning, electrical design, or power systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally up to 10% for project needs
