North End Pet Hospital has been dedicated to serving Proctor and the northern Tacoma area since 1980. We operate as a general practice, caring for both dogs and cats. Our services include wellness check-ups, sick visits, and aim to enhance our urgent care and advanced surgical procedure offerings. We are continually expanding our resources and medical capabilities to ensure that we deliver top-notch veterinary care to all our patients.

We are in search of a veterinarian who is passionate about surgery and urgent care for our patients. The ideal individual will be friendly and flourish in our light and fun atmosphere. This new teammate will collaborate closely with our leadership team to guarantee that they receive all the support necessary to practice the medicine that they aspire to. We commit to providing all of the appropriate equipment, staff assistance, medical and mental health resources, and mentorship.

The OFFER:
- Guaranteed Annual Salary starting at $115,000 (depends on experience)
- Monthly Production Bonus 21%
- Limited Time Incentive $15,000 Student Tuition Bonus (if signed before end of 2024)
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus

- Annual Retention Bonuses for first 3 years
