Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Integrated Master Scheduler on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.

Responsibilities
- Works closely with technical team leads, project managers and other stakeholders to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones and associate interdependencies across the program to develop and maintain a detailed, resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Develops and maintains summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority based resource allocations, performance variances
- Conducts and facilitates weekly IMS reviews with program team
- Manages schedules, reviews project status, and understands how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Monitors project progress with an emphasis on problem solving.
- Follows schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures
- Works in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting
- Prepares trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions
- Performs schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work
- Troubleshoots and monitor potential scheduling problems
- Maintains accurate records/paperwork
- Willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to pass a CI Poly
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent
Desired Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Required Skills:
- IMS creation and scheduling experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent Problem Resolution skills
- Great team and client interaction skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain accurate and up to date complex schedules for multiple projects
- Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information
- Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner
Desired Skills:
- MS Project Server experience (not required, highly desirable)
