Writer is looking for a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you'll lead our team in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for programs such as guides and webinars. You are a strategic thinker with a creative mind, who excels at cross-functional collaboration and creating compelling campaign assets across all channels.

About this role
Writer is looking for a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you'll lead our team in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for programs such as guides and webinars. You are a strategic thinker with a creative mind, who excels at cross-functional collaboration and creating compelling campaign assets across all channels.
Your responsibilities
- Create and manage campaign assets such as copy for email, ads, landing pages, social media, and promotional kits for sales and customer success
- Collaborate closely with channel owners (paid, email, social, outbound) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution for integrated campaign assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales personnel, to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
- Innovate and create integrated campaign assets using Writer to enhance content effectiveness and engagement
- Manage the content remixing process, repurposing existing content to maximize reach and relevance across different platforms and audiences
- Conduct A/B testing against specific personas, experimenting with new imagery and messaging to optimize campaign performance
- Manage the repromotion of content through ads, emails, social media, and outbound channels
- Analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and share learnings with the team to inform future strategies
- Prepare detailed campaign recaps that highlight successes, learnings, and recommendations for future initiatives
☆ Is this you?
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on campaign management and digital marketing
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology and CRM software
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing webinars and large-scale marketing projects
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and performance optimization techniques
