About Your Position
CONSTANT is seeking a Senior Business Process (BP) Specialist to support the Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM). OFAM mission is to provide effective and efficient management of Customs and Border Protection's (CBP)fleet and asset resources. This includes acquiring and disposing of vehicles and equipment, maintaining and repairing fleet assets, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards and supporting operational needs through efficient asset management.
This Is What You'll Do
The Senior Business Process (BP) Specialist will lead and manage process improvement initiatives within the Customs and Border Protection Office of Fleet and Asset Management. This role will require expertise in project mapping tools, change management, and process improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. They will also be proficient in data analysis and project management.

- Lead and manage business process improvement initiatives within the Office of Fleet and Asset Management.
- Utilize project mapping tools to analyze and optimize processes.
- Drive change management efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and client interactions.
- Leverage advanced data analysis skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan, execute, and manage complex process improvement projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Manage change and drive process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration/Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems) or relevant field
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in business process management
- Expertise in project mapping tools
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other methodologies
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of information management regulations and security standards
- Must pass a CBP Background Investigation (BI)
