RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Product Manager specializing in credit card and payment processing, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our payment products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure our payment solutions meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Product Manager specializing in credit card and payment processing, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our payment products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure our payment solutions meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
This will be a dynamic role with many exciting and varied projects to work on, evolving rapidly. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch for products and features, with a specific focus on credit card and payment processing.
- Collaborate with other members of the Product team to create innovative UI/UX designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gather insights, and identify user needs and pain points.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all payment products comply with industry regulations and standards, including PCI-DSS. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage risk and ensure the security of payment processing.
- Support the development and maintenance of a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and user value.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future product development.
- Serve as the voice of the user within the organization, advocating for user-centric design principles and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on credit card and payment processing solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, including payment gateways, merchant acquiring, card issuing, and transaction security. Familiarity with APIs and integration with third-party systems.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the payments industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices. Experience with PCI-DSS compliance and risk management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, preferably in the sports/entertainment or payments space.
- Deep understanding of FinTech payment processing flows
- Proficient in using Product-related tools, such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, HotJar, Mixpanel, GitHub, etc. Plus if familiar with Sisense.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and tracking product metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of sports stadium operations and food and beverage service.
- Solid understanding of stadium Finance procedures and credit card payment processes.

- Annual Base Salary: depends on experience
