What You'll Be Doing:
- Find the Dream Clients: You'll be on the hunt, prospecting and identifying businesses that align with our ideal client profile. It's all about building relationships and getting our foot in the door!
- Build a Winning Pipeline: With your strategic mindset, you'll create a pipeline of opportunities that is 3-4 times your quota, giving you the edge to crush your goals.
- Close the Deal: Your negotiation skills will shine as you work with qualified clients to lock in contracts that match (or exceed!) your sales targets.
- Grow Existing Accounts: Not only will you bring in new clients, you'll also nurture and expand existing relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Network Like a Pro: Attending trade shows and industry events will be key to creating valuable connections and generating qualified leads.
What You Should Have:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but we value experience and results even more).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and influencing others.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- A talent for juggling multiple priorities and managing requests efficiently.
- Experience in creating visual representations of data to help clients see the value in what you offer.
