We are seeking candidates to assist Government personnel in the management of collection, evaluation, classification, and dissemination of information derived from HUMINT operations
Responsibilities
A minimum of eight (8) years of total intelligence experience in analysis, targeting, and/or HUMINT collection positions within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience as a HUMINT collection management officer or reports officer.A graduate of a recognized DoD or Intelligence Community agency HUMINT collection management certification course.Advanced understanding of HUMINT policy, authorities, regulations, and operations to assist in the planning, execution, and exploitation of HUMINT collection to maximize effectiveness of HUMINT against identified collection requirements.Strong proficiency in preparing, editing, performing quality control on, and releasing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and/or other intelligence reporting to ensure all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that information meets defined reporting thresholds.Strong proficiency with the current suite of available analytic and collection management tools, databases, and repositories, including, but not limited to, CRATE, CHROME, GCOMS, or equivalent databases.Strong mastery of written communications to edit and write reports.Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
