The DigMod Sector currently has an opening for a CTO Project Manager. The CTO Project Manager will provide strategic partnership with the Sector CTO and the Business Area CTO's by providing strong leadership and management of critical initiatives across the Sector. This position is part of the DigMod CTO Leadership team with the following focus areas: Strategy Development, Investment Prioritization, Business Engagement, Partner Engagement and special projects. The role will help drive the DigMod technical strategy development and execution across the sector. The CTO Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for cross organizational projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sector CTO, primary responsibilities will include:
-Supports the Sector CTO's design and implementation for overall strategy of the business and day-to-day operations
-Responsible for data gathering and information analysis for key CTO decisions
-Responsible for the execution of special projects key to strategic objectives of the CTO office
-Coordinates internal engagement and comms with the DigMod CTO team to ensure complete and effective establishing of vision and CTO intent
-Manages, monitors and reports on DigMod CTO office wide actions key to successful support to the business
-Develops project plans and deliverables that meet identified requirements by application of, or in accordance with, accepted Project Management principles
-Develops and implements DigMod CTO employee engagement strategies
-Anticipates, identifies, and troubleshoots issues of concern or significance
-Leverages and develops relationships with senior leadership across the DigMod Sector (including CIO and CISO), CTO office and across our technology partner community to ensure all stakeholders are being managed appropriately
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelors Degree and 12+ years of experience or Masters Degree and 10+ years of experience
-Must have broad technology and project management experience
-Strong business acumen
-Ability to build and present briefing materials to leadership capturing the objective, scope, cost, schedule and success measures for CTO initiatives to gain input, buy-in and support
-Well-versed in data analysis
-Demonstrated ability to partner effectively and influence senior leader decisions
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Ability to influence without authority
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Advanced user of Microsoft product suite with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Preferred

Pay Range: Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
