Slalom is looking for a motivated, passionate and collaborative Salesforce Partner Development Manager to join our Global Technology Team. The Salesforce Partner Development Manager will work closely with Slalom and Salesforce stakeholders to drive growth and client satisfaction throughout our business.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Manager level the base salary pay range is $104,000-180,000. For this position at the Senior Manager level the base salary pay range is $123,000-234,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do
- Drive sales and revenue growth in partnership with Salesforce in Financial Services
- Develop and align account lists to drive growth in top Slalom markets.
- Create and execute joint account strategies with Salesforce and Slalom teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce industry leaders, sales teams, and partner teams.
- Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops with product and industry leadership.
- Develop and drive Slalom's GTM strategy for FINS in partnership with industry leadership.
- Foster internal alignment and activation through newsletters, community-building calls, and team engagement.
- Drive revenue growth for the segment in partnership with account teams and Salesforce-dedicated sellers.
What You'll Bring
- A dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in the enterprise market or Financial Services or other related experience.
- Prior experience working with Salesforce in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
