Compensation Range: $140,000-$170,000 base salary. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.

What you'll do
- Execute demand generation campaigns. You will collaborate with the Head of Demand Generation, Marketing and Sales teams to implement high-impact marketing campaigns on varying execution levels, across multiple channels, including email, paid media, social, and events, focused on driving quality leads and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize marketing channels. You will take ownership of specific marketing channels, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and conversion. You'll work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and creative that resonates with our target audience.
- Track and analyze campaign performance. You will monitor and report on the performance of your campaigns, using data to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. You'll focus on metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and overall funnel performance.
- Support the marketing tool stack. You will work with the Head of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to evaluate and implement marketing tools and platforms that enhance campaign execution and reporting. You'll ensure our tech stack is being utilized effectively to drive demand.
- Collaborate across teams. You will work closely with the sales, content, and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and execution. You'll help bridge the gap between marketing and sales to drive revenue growth.
- Assist in budget management. You will support the Head of Demand Generation in budget allocation and management, ensuring that spend is optimized for the highest return on investment. You'll contribute to testing new channels and strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in demand generation. You have a strong background in executing demand generation campaigns in a B2B environment. You're familiar with various acquisition channels and have hands-on experience driving leads and customer acquisition.
- Data-driven mindset. You are analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for using data to inform decisions. You have experience tracking campaign performance and making adjustments based on data insights.
- Strong communication skills. You can effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and collaborate across teams. You have the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Adaptable and proactive. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. You're proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems, and you're always looking for ways to improve campaign performance.
- Technical proficiency. You have experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technology platforms. You're comfortable learning new tools and technologies to enhance your work.
