Responsibilities:
- Act like New Business Sales Manager for Sales Specialist and Account Managers, focused team on acquiring and onboarding advertisers
- Acts as the main point of contact between TaskUs and the Vendor Sales Manager, quickly resolving escalations and providing insight and performance details
- Supports Sales Specialists & Account Managers in client-facing situations to pitch advertisement value when needed
- Oversees day-to-day team activities, sales pitching, operations, and performance improvement through support, coaching, and mentoring
- Monitors daily sales behavior of their team and enforces sales process
- Uses data to effectively manage sales funnels and translate quantitative insights into actionable steps for their team to take
- Prepares performance and forecast reporting, including closed/won and revenue, based on team performance to set individual team member quota/targets
- Meet and exceed revenue and meeting quota/targets
So, do you have what it takes to be a Team Lead (Account Manager & Sales) ?
Requirements:
- 2+ years of advertising/marketing sales experience (digital and audio advertising and/or marketing agency background a plus)
- 1+ years experience managing a sales team
- Demonstrated management skills with a track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Mastered the fundamentals of sales management including pipeline forecasting, client research, pitch and presentations skills, and meeting reports
- Strong interest, and ability to work with analytics and data to both drive performance management and inform client sales strategy and rationale
- Great communication, consultative selling, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides)
- (Nice to have) Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
