Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Customer Support Content Writer - Technical Writer

What You'll Do
• Develop, write, and maintain process documentation and articles for customer support teams (internal and external focus)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of content
• Organize and format documentation in a user-friendly manner that aligns with client style/format requirements
• Update and revise existing documentation as processes evolve (as necessary)
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all materials
• Review, present, and upload documentation to repository
What You'll Bring
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Proven experience in content writing, technical writing, or process documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to explain complex processes in a simple, clear, and concise manner
• Bias to action and ability to move quickly - ie roughly 1 document/article created/completed per day
• Must be a US citizens or a Green Card holder

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $40 to $60/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
