This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for defining the Aritzia sound and curating brand propelling music in our physical and digital spaces. As the Head of Music, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and programming a music strategy that enhances the Aritzia experience and brings Everyday Luxury to life through music. The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

- Establish a world-class music strategy that aligns with our brand identity
- Partner with industry leading creatives to curate brand propelling music for use internally and externally
- Ensure the quality of our music is maximized and effectively delivered across our physical and digital spaces
- Seamlessly manage and continually improve the music program
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Head of Music, has:
- Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in the Music Industry
- A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
