Konami Gaming is looking for a Client Project manager to join our team!

This position is responsible for promoting and positioning Konami Gaming, Inc. as a world-class manufacturing, sales, and service organization by providing high level relationship management to new and existing SYNKROS accounts to ensure a long-term business relationship/partnership is maintained with KGI. This position takes full ownership of the clients they are assigned to and ensures the business needs are driven through the organization professionally and appropriately. The person in this position is responsible for the coordination and management in the implementation of company products for customer sites. They are also responsible for day to day communication with the customers regarding installation, training and issue resolution.

Travel percentage is high 50- 75%. Employees must be flexible to the needs of the business.

What you'll be doing:
  • Guides and manages all aspects of installation to meet deadlines for Go-Lives.
  • Defines scope of projects based on client requests.
  • Liaise with assigned key SYNKROS client accounts to ensure that their issues and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner and that a high level of customer satisfaction with KGI is maintained for both products and services.
  • Ensure clients and their SYNKROS users have a good understanding of the product and best practices for utilizing the features of SYNKROS.
  • Provide monthly account updates, addressing key areas of the partnership including: Client's Business Initiatives, Competitive Intelligence, Client Staff Management, and Client Needs Assessment.
  • Tracks, monitors, and reports project progress on a regular basis to the Executive Management Team through their direct supervisor.
  • Develops detailed schedules of assigned projects.
  • Responsible for identifying and engaging the appropriate KGI resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule, resolve client issues and take advantage of business opportunities (i.e. Training, Sales, Customer Support, R&D, Compliance, etc.)
  • Ensures product quality metrics are gathered; analyzes data and implements corrective actions as required to improve quality.
  • Maintains products implementation documentation.
  • Troubleshoot problems with all SYNKROS software products.
  • Identify and report potential SYNKROS software issues to Customer Support/R&D.

Qualifications

What we'll want you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) in Business Management, Operations Management and/or related field from a 4-year accredited university is required.
  • Minimum of six years experience of project management, engineering, or casino operations experience. Experience with SYNKROS is preferred or an equivalent Casino Management System
  • Intermediate and above level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of other project management applications a plus. Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business. Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.


Additional Requirements:
  • Travel percentage is high 50- 75%. Employees must be flexible to the needs of the business.

Work Environment:
  • Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a cubicle with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse and telephone. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in constricted areas. Must be able to physically withstand travel demands, including the ability to drive or operate a motor vehicle unassisted.
  • Position must attend monthly Field Research trips to casinos or as needed. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
