Intralox Make-to-Stock is looking for a Day shift (7am to 7pm) MTS Assembler team member to assist in assembly and parts cleaning. At Intralox, the Assembler position is expected to understand, engage and participate in the production activities in their area or position. Directly responsible for making a high quality, safe product; while minimizing scrap, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring a safe work environment and practices. This is a full-time position for hardworking, highly motivated, self-managed individuals. Responsibilities

Some of the tasks to be completed by the MTS Assembler include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up, monitor and adjust to compliance the manual and automated machinery
  • Follow documented quality processes to ensure product is consistent by all quality specs
  • Monitor equipment and assist maintenance with in-depth repairs/modifications
  • Participate in LCI initiatives to help drive continuous improvements
  • Must keep overall work area clean and inspected according to all cleaning requirements
  • Must complete all other job tasks and time keeping responsibilities as directed or required in this position (work transactions, job on and off work orders etc....)
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 2+ years of MTS experience
  • Must have 2+ years Box belt experience
  • Must have some UCM experience
  • Basic Math and English (reading and speaking) skills are required
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Available to work overtime and weekends as necessary
  • Ability to perform the essential job requirements identified in the functional job description, including the ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
