We are seeking hands-on sales leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and share our passion for cybersecurity.If you are driven, innovative, and ready to defend against cyber threats while shaping the future of cybersecurity, we invite you to apply and become a valuable part of this exciting journey.What You Will Be DoingLead and execute the overall Federal Sales - Americas business strategy.Conduct market analysis, strategic insights, and execute Go-To-Market plans.Drive strategic opportunity pursuits, through proactive business development activities and in response to inbound leads.Develop an annual sales plan aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.Attract, develop, and build a strong sales team to achieve long-term success and exceed growth requirements.Manage pipeline effectively, provide accurate sales forecasting, and analyze key sales metrics to maximize team effectiveness.Prioritize and manage time between short-term wins and long-term opportunities.Plan and communicate sales forecasts and progress against targets regularly to executive leadership and the sales team.Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships.What We Need From YouMinimum of 5 years of Public Sector sales leadership experience in the IT/OT industry, preferably with security and endpoint technology companies.Proven track record of generating substantial new revenue opportunities.Ability to generate leads organically.Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Demonstrated sales management skills, with the ability to build and develop a high-performance sales organization.Proficiency in salesforce, sales processes, and MEDDPIC methodology.Motivational leader with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
