Benefits: U.S. Employee Benefits Summary (grace.com) Final salary and compensation will be based on several factors including candidate qualifications and experience, geographical location, market, and business considerations.Job DescriptionThe IT Solution Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the portfolio of Source to Pay projects ultimately creating solutions that enable the achievement of business priorities. The candidate must provide thought leadership and hands on expertise for designing ‘best practice’ solutions that combine knowledge from industry experience and the latest capabilities within the SAP ecosystem. The candidate must effectively manage business and functional relationships; perform demand planning and prioritization of projects; provide leadership, planning, and people management to Project and Process Leaders, Business Analysts across the business, IT, and third-party vendors.Additional ResponsibilitiesResearch and recommend chemical industry best practices and align with key stakeholders to maintain strategic S2P IT roadmapStay informed about S2P systems trends, updates, and new technologies to continuously improve system functionalities and efficienciesProvide recommendations to leadership on applying current/emerging best practices addressing issues critical to successIdentify, establish, and maintain business relationships with key Grace stakeholdersIdentify and manage change management needs leading to the successful acceptance of new processes and use of technologyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to integrate S2P systems with other enterprise systems and applicationsAct as SME and IT project manager for small to medium sized projectsShare knowledge and develop relationships with on/offshore maintenance and project teamsResponsible for the Knowledge Transfer Plan and successful solution transfer to Grace support teamsTranslate business requests into technical and business process requirementsConduct workshops with technical and non-technical resourcesLead the development within Grace SDLC framework including design, build, test, documentation and trainingManage projects including providing status reporting, tracking budget and managing internal and external resourcesAbility to travel up to 15%Required SkillsMust have good understanding of integrated and end-to-end SAP S2P solutions (Ariba, SAP Procurement, SAP Accounts Payables, Concur, Vendor Invoice Management Tool, Fieldglass etc.)Strong knowledge of procurement processes (Sourcing and Procurement) and supply chain managementDetailed understanding of SAP technical objects integration to ECC & S/4 – User exit/enhancement & Data MappingDesigning and configuring SAP Ariba solutions to meet business requirementsLeading the integration of SAP Ariba with other systems, such as SAP ERP, Tax Engines, BW HANA etc.Managing Accounts payables including payments to vendors with H2H setups/ChecksGuiding complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validating fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensuring deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value propositionLeading project team and workstreams from Initiation through Go live, Hypercare and Post Hypercare supportAbility to coordinate remote teams and work effectively with an off-shore, outsourcing providerExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide direction to less experienced architectsStrong communication and collaboration skillsRequired ExperienceProven management experience in SAP S2P applicationsPrior experience in hands-on configuration, development and/or support roles within SAP MM & Ariba – downstream (buying, invoicing), upstream (contracts, sourcing and SLP) and CIGTechno/functional SAP MM and ideally Ariba or equivalent post go live troubleshooting experienceExperience of configuring and implementing SAP Ariba including CIG (cloud integration gateway) integration with SAP ERPS/4HANA experience is ideal but equivalent ECC 6 MM/ LIV experience is acceptableCIG support and CIG mapping creation experience would be a key advantage (Ariba API knowledge useful but not a major requirement)At least one SAP Ariba implementation in each of CIG, S2C, B&I and SCC.Experience in SAP MM (Materials Management) and other related SAP ModulesAbility to configure SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules independentlyExperience with Ariba SP UpgradesStrong support experience in SAP Ariba and MMExperience in Accounts Payables12+ years IT Systems Projects / Business Analysis / Service experienceSDLC project management experiencePreferred QualificationsGood knowledge of Supply Chain processes in chemical industrySAP Certified in MM module and Ariba for SAP HANA Sourcing Procurement or ECC 6.0Experience with SAP analytics tools (i.e. SAC)Knowledge of other modules of SAP such as SD, FI and PPGrace is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
