We are seeking an Anaplan COE Leader to lead the roadmap for the deployment of our Siemens digital twin of sales.
You will drive a ground-breaking customer & data centric sales approach centered around our use of the Anaplan platform. Our mission is to deliver a best in class SPM experience for our sales and business leaders to enable consistent and data based decision making while serving our customers in a seamless way. Although we are just beginning our journey it is our intent that Anaplan becomes our "digital twin" of sales.

As the Anaplan COE Leader you will:
- Build relationships at senior levels of the organization to drive influence, consensus and to ensure optimal adoption of Anaplan
- Spokesperson for Anaplan as the planning solution and showcase its impact through business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional global leaders to ensure Anaplan solutions address business requirements and effectively enable collaborators to deliver business insights
- Partner with business and technical leads to diagnose existing processes, identify areas of improvement, and convert various sales-planning use cases into Anaplan applications
- Collaborate with functional business process owners and executive team members across the enterprise to gain insight into the strategic and operational issues which impede our vision of truly connected sales forecasting and planning
- Prioritize and ensure completion all specific results and tactical initiatives required to support Connected Sales Planning.
- Identify, call out and ensure resolution of issues impacting successful execution.
- Acts as liaison between program leadership, business units, cross-functional leaders and IT
- Clearly define, set project objectives, critical metrics, scope and cascade strategy for the Anaplan platform development
- Communicate impact and return on investment to partners
- Track and communicate progress towards goals
- Manage timelines and achievement progress
- Promote Anaplan's standard methodologies, stay informed of new features and releases and assess feasibility before incorporating.
You will make impact if you have the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+years proven experience in a sales or sales operations domain.
- 4+ years demonstrated ability with the following:
- Implementing enterprise planning solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to a non- technical audience
- Building strong relationships with peers and other senior-level stakeholders to support adoption of technology solutions and effective integration throughout the business
- Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent project management skills with experience owning a large and complex end- to-end solution
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Motivating organizational change
- 1+ year of working with Anaplan Sales Performance Platform
- English proficiency
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel globally up 30% initially.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise on running transformations in large multi-national organizations is an asset
- Previous completion of Anaplan Model Building training (Level 1&2) is an asset

- The pay range for this position is $98,630 - $184,320 plus incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
