Data Quality, Simplification, Environmental Stability, Automation, and Service Excellence are the key pillars and priorities on our strategic journey.In CTI, we are focused on delivering the best for our clients, and we know that to do this we need a talented team with diverse experiences, backgrounds and skills.The Infrastructure Senior Manager is an intermediate level role responsible to provide oversighting whole tools portfolio as well as global team of SME’s additionally will take part in certification and implementation of new solutions to Citi environment. Automation and Tools team is responsible for tools that automate, monitor ,troubleshoot network issues including SD-WAN solutions, netflow, packet capture, hardware, and software configuration assurance, telemetry, observability tools and security.for driving LAN / WAN and help desk administration strategies, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to coordinate, manage and advise a team of professionals on technical and strategic concepts and activities.Responsibilities:Oversee global team of application SME’s, create roadmaps to meet business needs and continue improving existing solutions.Oversee end-to-end automation process, identifying automation needs, documenting toUnderstand and execute against project scope, and partnering alongside key partners to design and implement automation functionalities that matches the need of the business.Perform automation monitoring and tuning, participating in process redesign and making recommendations on improvements for current automation solutions when possible.Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service for supported platforms.Act as a subject matter expert for one or more assigned applications in the tools environment.Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation for existing tools in the portfolio of the teamAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:3+ years of strong working knowledge of Linux environment and use of Linux/UNIX utilities and shell scripting.3+ years of team/project management experience.Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.Experience with JIRA and Kanban project managementEffective written and verbal communication skills.Effective analytic/diagnostic skills.Not a must but would be advantageous: Knowledge of Software Defined Networks, scripting with and one of the following Python, Perl, react.jsNot a must but would be advantageous: Knowledge of any of following solutions is a plus: Data Lake, HP Network Automation, Broadcom DX Netops, Cisco DNA, Netbrain, Riverbed Shark, nagios.Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Infrastructure------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
