Come lead and grow a team of talented, high-impact engineers to deliver features to Acrobat iOS application and in the process make a difference in the productivity of millions of users worldwide !We are looking for a technology leader to drive cross-functional collaboration with product, design and engineering to develop and deliver innovative and high quality feature set.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a hardworking and creative engineering team passionate about contributing to pdf workflows and creating excellent user experiences.Partner with product management and design teams to define and refine the product road map, user experience, priorities and schedule.Own progress of the product through the development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring transparency to senior leadershipAttract, hire, on-board and retain top talent, supporting and developing the team through mentorship and ongoing feedbackUse a combination of data and instinct to make decisions and move at a rapid paceCraft a culture of collaboration and shared accomplishments, having fun along the wayWhat you need to succeedBS or MS in Computer Science or equivalentMinimum 15 years of relevant experience in software engineeringMinimum of 8 years leading software engineering teamsStrong technical background and analytical abilities, with experience in developing iOS applicationsExcellent technical skills in developing complex software productsStrong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely mannerConsistent track record of developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers to deliver timely, high-quality software as a teamDemonstrated results working in a diverse, global, collaborative team-focused environmentOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,300 -- $301,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
