As a Senior Endpoint Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team of windows cloud engineers and security specialists with expert experience in Windows, Intune, Autopilot, Enterprise Patching, PKI/Certificates, Azure Active Directory, Virtualization, Cloud, and scripting experience. In this role, you will work across endpoint management and server operations teams driving automation through scripting and testing of new/emerging technologies to deliver faster deployments and decreased workload.About the Role:Support Intune administration and engineering, to include compliance policies for conditional access, application deployment and patching, management and troubleshootingUse Windows Update for Business to keep Windows workstations patched to correct levelsCreate and deploy Intune configurations, policies, and settingsManage and maintain Windows 11 workstation baseline configurationsSupport and troubleshooting for Windows AutopilotIdentify, analyze, and resolve system problems with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutionsPackage software and updates for deployment in the test and production environments.Develop security baselines based on the recommendations from the Engineering and Security teams.Create reports on device compliance, application deployment, patch management, and software inventoryWrite PowerShell scripts to automate systems administration tasksRespond to escalated service desk/team requestsProvide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineersCommunicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals; work well within small and large team environmentsServes as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are metParticipates in special projects as requiredRequired Qualifications:Ability to attain DHS EODBA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience or 16 years’ experienceIntune experience, supporting software packaging and patchingWindows Autopilot experienceExpert knowledge of packaging, testing, deployment, and issue remediationSolid knowledge of PowerShell scriptingSolid understanding of Azure Active DirectoryPreferred Qualifications:ITIL v3 or v4 certificationMCSE CertifiedCloud Management experienceAVD Management-______________________________________________________________________________What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
