Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 12/29/2024
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1690.46 - $1947.71
PT needed asap for 13 weeks
8-4:30. There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday/month required to work during assignment.
Additional day off during the week will occur to maintain 40 hour work week.
Facility Setting? CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds
1-2 years experience
IN lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If necessary, the facilities may be: (St. Mary’s ARU, Hobart & CSRC IRF, Crown Point)
Number of beds in your facility? 20
Preferred experience level? New grad welcome
EMR for your facility: EPIC
Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Green
Parking Location: free parking – north entrance
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
