• Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq and Epic
• Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation-IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Required Duties: Orders Images, Prescribes
• Certifications: BLS, BC, OH license
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
