Position Overview:

In this role, you will deliver expert cardiovascular care, focusing on non-invasive procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse patient population, performing advanced cardiac diagnostics, and engaging in virtual health consultations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including TEE and heart catheterizations.
- Engage in virtual health consultations and rounding as needed.
- Participate in a collaborative team environment with other cardiologists and healthcare professionals.
- Mentor and teach cardiology fellows.
Typical Day:
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Weekend hours required.
- Procedural Days: 3 days per week
- Office Hours: 3 half days per week
Call Schedule: 1:3; approximately 7 days per month.
Patient Load: Average of 15 adult/geriatric patients per day; includes referrals.
Virtual Health: Involves rounding and consults.
Special Skills, Training, and Experience Required:
- Fellowship-trained in cardiology
- Proficiency in right/left heart catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and cardioversions
