• Join a dynamic and collegial team that staffs an established pediatric hospitalist program
• Not-for-profit integrated health system located in the beautiful mountain city of Santa Fe
• Work 24-hour shifts (8 am - 8 am); about 8 shifts per month
• Call responsibilities include attendance at deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and stabilization
• $240k base salary
• $20k sign-on bonus, $10k retention bonus, and loan repayment
