Job Details:

• Pay: $2480 per week

• Duration of assignment: 26 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: Generally set schedule 3 days/week; M-F but may include an occasional weekend or holiday dependent on staffing

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date

• The therapist evaluates, develops a care plan and independently treats patients referred to the outpatient speech therapy clinic

• ReDoc is utilized for computerized documentation and reference to Meditech computerized documentation is available for electronic health records

• Possible floating to IP rehab

• Preferred skills: Acute care experience; independent and proficient in completio of Modified Barium Swallow Studies in radiology without supervision by a radiologist

 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted HI License

• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

• Must have at least 2 years of experience 

• Home health experience preferred not required

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
